Flitchfold Farm
This view of Flitchfold Farm, with the duck pond in the foreground, is characteristic of cards by Cecil V.G.C. Travers of Brighton and Hove between about 1907 and 1922.
The back reveals that it was sent to Julius Scott Esq. in 1912, and mentions that "the aeroplane volplanes", which presumably refers to an early model plane. Julius went on to become a fitter in the RFC in WW1, which he survived.
